Refund Policy
This policy explains how Churnless handles trial periods, subscription cancellations, renewal charges, and refund requests.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Free trial
Churnless offers a 14-day free trial for eligible new organizations. No credit card is required for the standard trial. If you do not start a paid plan, the trial ends without a subscription charge.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period selected at checkout or in a written order form. You can cancel future renewals from the dashboard or by contacting support before the next renewal date.
Refund eligibility
- If you were charged because of a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or processing error, contact us and we will correct it.
- If you are not satisfied with Churnless during the first 14 days after your first paid charge, contact us and we will review the request for a refund.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, but we will review requests made promptly after renewal.
- Usage-based charges, pass-through fees, setup fees, implementation services, and custom work are non-refundable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Annual plans
Annual plans receive discounted pricing in exchange for an annual commitment. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, annual plan fees are non-refundable after the initial refund window. You may cancel future renewal before the next annual term.
How to request a refund
Email support@getchurnless.com with your account email, organization name, invoice number, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and investigate the charge.
Processing timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Banks and payment processors may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
Relationship to other terms
This refund policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. If you have a signed order form or separate written agreement with Churnless, that document controls if it conflicts with this policy.
