Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing Churnless, or using any Churnless service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Churnless.

Churnless provides software for churn prevention, cancellation flows, payment recovery, customer analytics, retention workflows, APIs, widgets, SDKs, and related AI-assisted features.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Some features may be beta, experimental, or subject to usage limits.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace, API keys, and connected integrations.
• You must promptly revoke access for users who should no longer use Churnless.
• You may not share accounts, bypass security controls, or attempt to access another customer's data.

You retain ownership of data you submit to Churnless. You grant Churnless the rights necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that data to provide and improve the service.

• You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and consents needed to send data to Churnless.
• You are responsible for configuring cancellation flows, save offers, payment recovery settings, and customer communications appropriately for your business.
• You must not submit sensitive data unless it is necessary for your authorized use of Churnless and permitted by your agreement with us.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated recommendations, messages, and workflow actions before relying on them where human review is appropriate.

• Do not use Churnless for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to Churnless.
• Do not use Churnless to send spam, malware, phishing, or messages that violate applicable law or platform policies.
• Do not use Churnless to make automated decisions that are legally prohibited without required notices, consent, review, or safeguards.

Paid plans, billing periods, included usage, and prices are shown at signup, in the dashboard, in an order form, or in a separate written agreement. If you start a paid plan, you authorize Churnless and its payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Trial availability, length, and eligibility may change. Unless stated otherwise, trials are available once per organization.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation flow in your dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Churnless integrates with services such as Stripe, email providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and customer-configured webhooks. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and Churnless is not responsible for third-party products or services.

Churnless and its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Churnless or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Churnless for your internal business purposes.

Churnless is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every cancellation will be prevented, every payment will be recovered, or every AI-generated recommendation will be correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Churnless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate access as allowed by these terms, an order form, or another written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, or violation of these terms.
